Power of youth in India

Power of youth in India,

Who is the ruler of India, I know India is democratic country so the only citizens of India are ruler of this country but still there is one question in the mind of common man who is a ruler of India? Politician, Industrialist, Mafia so many categories will appear in mind. but at last who is ruler of this country?
Once upon time in India this country was under leadership of youths but nowadays lot of senior citizens are in the system of India. so the Indian system is not good this is a general thinking of current youths in India, they want youth should be a leader of India. but my question is that why youth should be leader of India? are they able to Handel management of country? Do they have trust about constitution of India? I did not any survey about this issues, but following are some views of youths in our country according to my discussion with them.

Me:  Who is the first president of India?

Ans: Pt Jawaharlal Nehuru

Most of the people are not aware about name of first Indian President? are they eligible to Handel country?

Me : What is an importance of 2 Nd October?

Ans: It is a dry day.

Most of the people are not aware about this is birth anniversary of 'Mahtma Gandhi' but they have interest in fun and consumption of liquor. Are they eligible to handle country?

Me : Who is the mayor of Mumbai

Ans: Pruthviraj chavan

Most of the people are not aware about a difference between CM and Mayor. Are they eligible to handle country?

Me: What is the nature of Indian constitution? Federal or unitary

Ans: Don't know may be unitary

Most of the people are not aware of nature of Indian constitution are they eligible to handle country?

Me : What are the fundamental rights of Indian citizen?

Ans: earn money and enjoy

Most of the people are not aware about fundamental rights of human being in India, rather they are not aware about own rights in country. are they eligible to handle country?

Me: What is the importance of public holiday in election period? will you use right to vote?

Ans: Voting is meaningless, if I do voting there will be a corruption, if I do not voting there will be corruption so why should I vote instead of voting I will go for picnic

Most of the youth are not interesting for voting so are they eligible to handle country?

Me: What is your view of Indian politics?

Ans: All politician are corrupted, so no more interesting in politics it is very bad thing

Most of the youths are not having postie view about politics. so are they eligible to handle country.

There are so many questions and answers are also same like above question answers, Does youths are having any idea about their strength? do they love country? Shivaji Maharaj, Rana Pratap, Lokmanya tilk, Bhagtsingh, Rajguru, Mahtma gandhi etc these are exampels of youths and they made a revolution in country. What we are doing now?
People are saying our system is corrupted, this is a bad system, is this system owned by any individual? this is system " for the people, by the people, of the people" so every individual who has completed 21 years of life they have a right to be a candidate for election. Do all youths are aware about it? may be not but so many of them are aware about at the age of 21 st it is allowed to go inside a beer bar. So be a candidate for election, to be elect by people and win election and try to make a changes in system with consent of people.
So many people will say, no party will issue me ticket for election, I don't have money, to elect as a non party member etc if it is not possible to do these things then make your place in a heart of people and win election. If you do not want to join politics, pass UPSC exam and be a government servant and use a rights of  government servant in right manner, join army, police force etc if you want to change the system you has to be in system
These are my own views I do not want to hurt anyone's emotion please give your inputs on this post.
